Body Conditioning and Flexibility

Body conditioning improves endurance, increases flexibility, and establishes a balanced, stable physique. Body Conditioning helps to build power, coordination, and speed. This allows you to improve your gymnastic performance.

The Importance of Flexibility in Gymnastics allows the gymnast to easily do splits, leaps, jumps, backbends, and much more.

Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which gymnasts perform on a floor with an apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon or rope. The sport combines elements of gymnastics, dance and calisthenics; this allows gymnasts to be strong, flexible, and coordinated.

Floor Gymnastics

Floor Gymnastics consist of some of these skills.

Tumbling

Common moves performed in tumbling include flips, somersaults, tucks, handstands and handsprings.
