Wandsworth School of Gymnastics general gymnastic classes are on from Monday to Sunday.

General gymnastics is an exciting class for children to perform dynamic balances, flexibility stretches, and skills. They will also develop the skills on apparatus such as beams, bars and vault, air track and trampoline. Children also learn floor gymnastics such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridge, walkover, handsprings and so much more. 

The children general gymnastic classes are split into three age groups 3-4, 5-7 and 8-16 years old.

Classes are mixed with girls and boys.
