Terms & Conditions
1. Payments and Fees

New class bookings must be paid in advance.

All fees must be paid before the session; a child will not be allowed to participate if fees are not paid.

Yearly fees will be charged once a year and is not refundable.

Fees not paid by due date will have all discounts removed and a surcharge of 10% unless an exceptional circumstance has been discussed with the manager.

As our classes are fixed, fees remain payable even in cases of absence. There are no reductions for sickness and holidays.

You must give a one month notice for any class terminations via email or fees will still need to be paid. The notice period is on the 1st of every month.

Camp and premiere training class payments are not refundable.

Under certain circumstances can private classes be rescheduled. A 12-hour notice must be provided for consideration. Private classes are not refundable

A £5 late fee is charged for every 15 minutes of a late collection.

2. Conduct and Safety

Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in class and must be taken off to avoid injury
-
Students are not permitted to enter the class if they are more than 10 minutes late. It is important that students are on time so that they can be involved in the warm up to avoid injury.

Children should arrive promptly, correctly dressed and attend classes regularly

Children under 8 years old are not allowed to leave the classes unless accompanied by an adult

Please inform the gymnastic coach of any injuries before class for your child.

It is important to drink fluids at regular intervals during physical exercise. Please pack water for your child.

Appropriate clothing must be worn for class. Uniforms are available for purchase.

Photographs and videos of students may be taken and used for promotion and on social media. If you do not give permission for your child photo to be taken please email us so that we are aware of this issue

You will not be able to enter the class if you have COVID symptoms. Fees will still need to be paid to hold your child’s space.

3. Emergencies and Unforeseen Circumstances

Class and Camp Cancellations: Classes and camps may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, fire evacuations, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Property: The club is not responsible for any property left on the premises, including mobile phones. If a gymnast wishes to bring their mobile phone into the gym for their session, that is fine, but we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Collection of Children: Parents must collect their child directly from the building. Waiting in cars outside the premises is not permitted. If you have arranged for someone else to pick up your child, please inform the coach in advance. We will not allow children to leave with anyone not listed on the registration form without prior notice.

Behaviour: Rude behaviour or language from parents or carers towards staff or coaches will result in the expulsion of their child from the club.

No Food: No food is permitted on the premises.

​Classes are a drop off and collection except for Children and Parent sessions.​

5. Coach Availability and Conduct

​We strive to provide consistency in coaching; however, we cannot guarantee that the same coach will be available for each session or class. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a coach feeling unwell or experiencing an emergency, we may either:

Substitute the session with another qualified coach.

Cancel the class if a suitable replacement is not available.
-
In the case of a cancellation, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide rescheduling options as applicable.

From time to time it is necessary for the teachers to use physical contact when helping to improve students posture or assist in movements. This includes contact between students (i.e. holding hands, assisting with flips, handstands and other skill sets).

6. General Rules

Phones: Phones are not allowed to be used on-site during classes.

Refusal of Admission: The club reserves the right to refuse admission or to dismiss pupils for reasons including misbehaviour, wilful damage, breach of club rules, failure to respond to training, or rude behaviour towards staff.

Non-Refundable: Classes missed due to personal reasons, such as illness, injury, or holidays, will not be refunded or made up.

Class Commitment: Once you have agreed on your child’s class time, it remains fixed for the full term. No refunds will be provided for any missed sessions, injuries outside the gym, or withdrawals after the first session.
