Our Adult Flexibility class is designed to improve overall mobility, strength, and range of motion in a safe and supportive environment. Participants focus on controlled stretches, targeted strengthening, and proper alignment to enhance flexibility for everyday movement or gymnastics practice.

Splits (front and middle) and progressive variations

Backbends and bridge sequences

Shoulder, hip, and spine mobility exercises

Hamstring, quadriceps, and calf flexibility

Core activation and stability for controlled movement
