Our Adult Flexibility class is designed to improve overall mobility, strength, and range of motion in a safe and supportive environment. Participants focus on controlled stretches, targeted strengthening, and proper alignment to enhance flexibility for everyday movement or gymnastics practice.

Skills and areas covered include:

  • Splits (front and middle) and progressive variations

  • Backbends and bridge sequences

  • Shoulder, hip, and spine mobility exercises

  • Hamstring, quadriceps, and calf flexibility

  • Core activation and stability for controlled movement

  • Safe warm-up and cool-down techniques
