Our Tumbling classes focus on developing dynamic, high-energy floor skills for confident and powerful movement.

Gymnasts will learn and refine a range of exciting tumbling techniques including:
 

  • Back tucks and front tucks

  • Back bends, kick overs, and walkovers

  • Front and back handsprings

  • Progressions toward aerials, round-offs, and combination tumbling passes
     

With proper progressions, strength training, and flexibility work, students build the technique and control needed to safely master each skill. Whether your child is just starting out or ready to take their tumbling to the next level, our experienced coaches provide the support and challenge they need to succeed.
