Our Tumbling classes focus on developing dynamic, high-energy floor skills for confident and powerful movement. Whether your child is just starting out or ready to take their tumbling to the next level, our experienced coaches provide the support and challenge they need to succeed.

Gymnasts will learn and refine a range of exciting tumbling techniques including:

Back tucks and front tucks

Back bends, kick overs, and walkovers

Front and back handsprings

Progressions toward aerials, round-offs, and combination tumbling passes
